document golden-VM verification of v3.1.0 flake+HM in CONTINUITY — 41/41 PASS on a throwaway overlay of kiln/golden.qcow2 (NixOS 24.11). Golden is the May-29 image (flakes disabled, no home-manager), so the test PATH-shims sudo/nixos-rebuild/nix/nix-channel/nix-store/home-manager to assert nina's exact constructed argv + drive the full home suite, with real checks for version/help/hello/wizard/no-HM gating. Verified: flake-aware apply --flake gating (added for non-default flake dir, omitted for /etc/nixos even with flake.nix, omitted for channel), channel flake-note, upgrade flake-vs-channel branch, home apply/back/history/check/diff/packages/edit, status+doctor HM rows. On-disk artifacts (test/ is koh-ignored): test/vm/tests/v31-flake-home.sh, test/vm/run-once.sh (single-send driver — run-in-vm.sh's 2nd send is swallowed on this golden), test/vm/results/v31-flake-home.txt. Still needs a flake-enabled + HM golden for the real external tools
