document rebake + channel-paths + kyoshi read-only + code-review pass (v3.1.2) in CONTINUITY — rebaked & promoted kiln/golden-unstable.qcow2 (nixPath fix + v3.1.2 nina); channel paths 4/4 PASS on the golden (channel doctor ok, channel list no flake note, apply --dry plain dry-activate, flake doctor still ok); kyoshi read-only suite clean on real unstable channel hardware with fully isolated HOME (nothing disturbed); code-review fixed HIGH (home local-only) + MED (gen-0), other findings noted
