## Fixes
- Re-pairing a previously revoked browser no longer reuses its terminally revoked identity.
- Android rotates the browser identity when its device ID or long-term key is already in the revocation ledger, preventing a stale revocation from removing the browser again from another mesh peer.

- Kepr published `android-arm64` and `android-x86`; the live release metadata and both artifact checksums were verified.
