fix: settings deck fills to gutter on tall screens (v2.9.24) On tall/wide panels (Galaxy Z Fold 7) the available height exceeded the MAX_DECK_H*2 (924dp) cap, so the deck stopped growing: a band of dead black space sat below the stack and the Pro card was too short, clipping its copy/reveal buttons. - settingsDeckHeight now fills availableHeight - DECK_BOTTOM_GUTTER on every screen size (already how phones behave), so the deck bottom lands just above the build label and the Pro card gets its full height back - Removed the now-unused MAX_DECK_H constant; rewrote the doc comment
