docs: queue two items — long-press multi-select (5x, root-caused) + intelligible release notes

- Long-press multi-select: reported ~5x, still fails on real device. Root cause hypothesis captured: the vault row runs competing clickable + detectTapGestures tap handlers; unify into one detectTapGestures(onClick, onLongPress). - Release notes: AGENTS.md guidance so publish notes are plain-language, not dumped save subjects / auto 'Published X from save Y' lines (2.9.26 as evidence).
