feat: site-icons toggle in Appearance, default off (v2.10.13) June: some users prefer the initials-only look — cleaner and more consistent. Favicons are now opt-in. - VaultSettings.faviconsEnabled, default OFF (initials are the default look) - Settings > Appearance: ICONS row (Site icons On/Off) - LocalFaviconsEnabled from MainActivity + picker; FaviconInitials skips the cached bitmap when off; VaultListScreen skips prefetch entirely when off — no network for a disabled feature - full suite 902, only the 5 known pre-existing failures
