test: pin settings deck fill-to-gutter on tall screens (v2.9.26) Add settingsDeckHeight(1200dp) == 1164dp to SettingsStackTest. Against the old MAX_DECK_H*2 (924dp) cap this returned 924, so the assertion fails on the pre-fix code and passes now — pinning the Fold 7 fix. Corrected the stale comment that still described an upper bound.
