feat: inline vault snapshot over pairing channel (v2.9.0) After ADOPT_APPLIED, the source sends encrypted vault entries + tombstones inline over the same Noise NK channel instead of waiting for a separate sync connection. The receiver applies them immediately and acks with ADOPT_SNAPSHOT_APPLIED. Optional signed device manifest follows. Wire-compatible with peach-browser v4.5.0 (additive snapshot_capable flag; older peers ignore it and fall back to the sync pipeline). - VaultAdopt.kt: 4 new frames, chunking helpers, snapshot_capable negotiation - RelayAdoptionHost.kt: source sends snapshot after grantAdoption (responder) - RelayAdoptionReceiver.kt: source sends snapshot (initiator) + receiver applies - CodePairViewModel/AdoptVaultViewModel: wire new deps via VaultSyncAdapter - 7 snapshot tests (VaultAdoptSnapshotTest) - Fallback preserved: sync pipeline untouched Gate: full testDebugUnitTest BUILD SUCCESSFUL; assembleDebug BUILD SUCCESSFUL.
