drop the heart/health icon from the vault list action cluster — it has no counterpart in the browser extension's list chrome. Vault Health itself is untouched and still reachable at Settings > Vault > Advanced Vault Health, so nothing is orphaned; only the list-level shortcut and its onHealth plumbing are gone. Cluster now reads Notes / Select / settings / trash, verified live.
