record PIN store device-verification session and the PB-26-019 device limitation (v2.14.76)

Documents v2.14.75 (self-testing v3 PIN store, left unsaved by the previous session) and v2.14.76 (measured single-use support), the real-device StrongBox-tier evidence, and the PB-26-019 finding that a native activity's unverified webDomain claim never reaches Peach's autofill service on the Z Fold 6, so that guard is defense-in-depth this device cannot exercise.
