quiet the entry-deck root's top bar to match the browser's minimal persistent header - removed the colored favicon-initials chip (the one loud, saturated element in an otherwise neutral bar, and redundant with the entry's own hero section shown just below it), and unified lock/add/settings icon tint from T0 (full white) to T1 (quiet), matching the delete icon's existing default-state tint so the whole action row reads as one consistent, muted set instead of three bright icons plus one quiet one
