fix tiny vault list entries: entryNameList 13sp->17sp (shared style, also benefits vault health/import/trash previews), avatar chip 26dp->36dp, ENTRY_ROW_HEIGHT constant updated to match. Verified tag filter chips (GAMES) already work correctly with real tag data
