receiver session was swallowing the real error in its catch block. Log the actual exception via console.error and surface the message in the ADOPTION_SOURCE_RESULT push so the popup shows the real failure instead of the generic 'adoption_failed'. Bump to v4.3.15 to actually publish the logging change. (v4.3.15)
