docs: initial sync optimization proposal — inline vault snapshot over pairing channel Root cause analysis of the multi-minute pairing-to-vault delay (two separate connections, dial/wait asymmetry, MV3 death, passive polling, 10-min alarm backstop). Proposes shipping entries inline over the existing Noise NK channel after ADOPT_APPLIED. Additive wire change with snapshot_capable negotiation, chunked transfer, full security/privacy analysis, fallback to existing sync pipeline, cross-platform coordination plan, and interim improvements.
