fix: Bump Firefox manifest to 4.6.3 and update rename docs reference (v4.6.3) - manifest.firefox.json was left at 4.6.0 in v4.6.2; vite.config.ts builds the Firefox bundle from it, so dist-firefox/manifest.json shipped with the wrong version. Now 4.6.3 to match the Chrome manifest and package.json. - docs/initial-sync-optimization.md:474 still referenced the pre-rename filename. Update to relay-adoption-bg.ts. Changes: - manifest.firefox.json, manifest.json, package.json: 4.6.2 -> 4.6.3. - docs/initial-sync-optimization.md:474: relay-adoption-source-bg.ts -> relay-adoption-bg.ts.
