docs: Record tombstone resurrection edge case (v4.10.41)

Document that permanent/retention purge removes the deletion marker, allowing a peer that missed the deletion while offline to reintroduce the entry. Record the minimal separate tombstone-ledger candidate without changing Sync behavior.
