browser receiver loop: START_ADOPTION_RECEIVER now accepts the phone's Noise dial, receives ADOPT_GRANT, calls CREATE_VAULT_FROM_ROOT_KEY with the popup-supplied password, and pushes ADOPTION_SOURCE_RESULT. SAS confirmation goes through a new RECEIVER_SAS_DECISION message: the popup confirms via the same chrome.runtime.onMessage pipe the existing source flow already uses. AdoptVaultView re-adds the sas/success/error phases it dropped in the earlier simplification. Source-side requestConsent left as-is (TODO in task brief; touching it would change the existing source-flow test expectations). (v4.3.14)
