feat: collapse desktop pairing to two direct options on the sync card — remove method-select screen, Chirp/Code buttons in Settings + rest view deep-link straight into each path; findHost verifies mDNS host before committing (falls back to subnet on stale hit); log real pairing error; bump 4.0.6→4.0.7
