onboarding: reverse the QR flow. The empty extension now shows a QR (the phone scans it) instead of scanning the phone's QR. New START_ADOPTION_RECEIVER message in the background holds the rendezvous without needing a vault, and AdoptVaultView displays the result. UI-only — the phone-side reversal (sending the vault back over the existing channel) is a separate change. (v4.3.12)
