feat: replace inline source panel with full-screen file viewer modal (v1.4.0) - Double-click any file opens a full-screen modal overlay with source + detail side-by-side - Modal controls: font size (A+/A−), line wrap toggle, prev/next file navigation with keyboard arrows - Modal detail panel mirrors atlas panel: exports, used-by, imports, types, errors, metrics - Related/imported-by file buttons navigate within the modal - Escape key or × button closes the modal - Fix intermittent blank atlas: visibility-change retry + retry button on fetch error - Atlas error state now shows retry button instead of replacing container HTML
