DoS hardening: drop httpz max_body_size 256MiB→64MiB so oversized offer bodies are rejected by Content-Length before buffering (a single 256MiB offer had ballooned the daemon to 1.7GiB and got OOM-killed); offers are already serialized by the app lock (v1.31.66)
