fix deploy-verify false positive: the 'no kepr.build language tag' check grepped the whole page for >kepr.build< and matched the kepr repo's own details prose (<code>kepr.build</code>), not a language badge. Scope it to lang-badge>kepr.build so it only fails on an actual badge (the build extension is already covered by the >Build< check). Verified green against live kepr.uk (v1.56.191)
