add CSS for description image uploads v1.56.199 — .repo-desc img + .op-desc-image-card img get max-width:min(560px,100%), max-height:360px, object-fit:contain, rounded border with hover tint, cursor:zoom-in (matches .issue-attachment--image img for one-system look). .op-desc-toolbar lays out the image button + hint + inline error node with .hidden toggle. .op-desc-images is a flex-wrap thumbnail strip; .op-desc-image-card mirrors the issue-attachment figure look. .op-desc-editable.is-drop-target draws a dashed outline so users see where a dragged image will land.
