make ops feel like mission control v1.41.0: convert the top nav into a fixed left sidebar (grouped links, active state, digit shortcuts 1-8, footer with live dot + version + ⌘K); add a ⌘K command palette (navigate, every repo, storage gc/verify/snapshot actions with arrow+enter); swap the particle background for the shared Code-Lyoko TopologyBackground at 40%. ops imports the shared islands library via a ~ vite/tsconfig alias. ops tsc + zig build+test green
