test: deploy-verify — check_get_header for page header assertions (no version bump) httpz routes are method-exact: HEAD on a GET route 404s with the 9-byte 'not found' body, so check_header (curl -sI) can't assert page headers. The two new content-type guards now use GET via check_get_header. Full deploy-verify pass against kepr.uk on v1.56.246.
