rework AdminTickets island from a status-tabbed list into a three-column kanban board (open/in progress/closed rendered together); cards show title, repo tag, attachment paperclip+count, assignee, created-rel, closed cards dimmed; column counts respect search+assignee+repo filters across all columns; +add ticket relocated into the open column; state changes still via the detail-modal dropdown (drag-and-drop deferred to fast-follow). Add TicketRow.attachment_count; new .tickets-board/.ticket-card CSS in index.css. Rebuild + re-embed islands.js (478->487 KB)
