v1.56.98: remove the dead /~:username redirect route + accountProfileRedirect handler added in .94. Live verification showed /~june returns 200 (the per-handle dashboardPage), not the brief's claimed 'bad repo name' — repoPage already dispatches the ~ and @ sigils off the /:name catch-all (server.zig:9355), and per the httpz-whole-segment-routes constraint a bare router.get("/~:username") never matches. The route was inert and its comment misleading. Kept the real Fix 2 change: the @handle nav link points straight to /~handle/settings (separate redundant settings link still removed); corrected its comment to note /~handle is the dashboard. musl ReleaseSafe build exit 0; zig build test 646 pass / 1 pre-existing team-tier live-PG fail.
