complete the operator false-positive ack for code/build findings: safety.json now tags each build-script risk + code finding with acked (loads the v36 false-positive set); ops safetyCodeAck/safetyCodeAcks endpoints toggle + list acks; RepoDetail trust card renders a 'code & build findings' list with a false-positive/restore toggle (ack key = bare path, matching trust derivation); public TrustPanel hides acked findings so the safety tab stays consistent with the now-clean signal. an operator can vet koh's SHA-verified zig downloader and clear its build_scripts warning. bump v1.39.32
