admin M2 review fixes (v1.56.75): plug GPA leaks on error paths in the recovered dashboard helpers — add missing errdefers in loadRecentActivity (rel_owned) and collectAdminAttention (hoist the inline label/detail/href and names dupes so each frees on append/OOM failure; append-then-normal-exit means no double-free); fix stale admin-api.ts comment (Issues island uses the inprogress token directly, no in_progress mapping); make Issues island error/loading/empty states mutually exclusive (single list fallback shows exactly one, never error+loading)
