fix spinning nav icon: triangles always var(--accent), drop logo-spin-colors; add accent-flash animation that briefly peaks to color-wheel complement of --accent (computed in JS); different periods (9s outer, 6.7s inner) so flashes drift out of phase; bump version to v1.56.204
