phase 6 atomic db swap v1.56.14: Connection→pg_shim across ~25 files; openAndMigratePostgres applies schema.sql; pg_shim.Error matches sqlite.Error; shim drains result + auto-releases conn slot on .done (one-result-per-conn); SQL dialect fixes (changes()→RETURNING CTE, GROUP BY bare-cols→DISTINCT ON, SUM→::bigint, INSERT OR→ON CONFLICT, BEGIN IMMEDIATE→BEGIN, PRAGMA removed, repos FK ON UPDATE CASCADE); openReadOnly→pooled handles; CLI lazy pg pool; all DB tests→pgtest fixture. 589 tests green on PG16, musl ReleaseSafe green, daemon boots on Postgres + serves landing/instance
