test: deploy-verify accepts closed-registration /join (403) and drops the stale no-avatar profile assertion /join is 200 when registration is open and 403 when the operator has toggled accounts.registration_open=false — both are healthy, so the check now uses check_status_any '200 403'. The 'profile has no avatar element' assertion no longer matches the profile page and is retired. No version bump: test-tooling only, the deployed v1.56.244 artifact is unchanged; bumping without a redeploy would desync the nix version label from the running binary.
