extend test/comment/inline-allow suppression to non-URL secret checks in heuristics.zig (safety brief Problem 2): add hasInlineAllow (safety:allow annotation) + isMetadataLine (comment or inline test/mock context, language-agnostic); entropy + homoglyph now suppressed in comments/test-context, all credential patterns + zig_hex_blob honor safety:allow; bidi-control deliberately stays in scope in comments (Trojan Source attack surface); 3 regression tests (v1.56.176). zig build test green except the same pre-existing unrelated pages.zig profile-heart failure
