broaden public safety panel beyond binaries: safetyJson now runs heuristics.scanFile over every source file and emits code_findings for trojan source (bidi/homoglyph), disguised binaries (archive/null-byte/binary-in-text) — secrets stay operator-only, noisy codes excluded so clean repos don't read as unsafe; SafetyPanel renders the new findings with human labels + line refs (v1.31.70)
