add in-panel image lightbox for ticket attachments: clicking an attachment thumbnail opens a fixed full-viewport overlay (role=dialog, aria-modal, dark backdrop) with the image at native size, an 'open original ->' link to the raw URL, and a close button; click-outside-to-close and Escape-to-close (window keydown listener registered on mount, removed onCleanup). The thumbnail's outer <a target=_blank> is now a <button class=ticket-att-thumb-img-btn> so the click opens the overlay instead of navigating; non-image file rows still link directly (target=_blank, unchanged). New CSS for the lightbox (ticket-lightbox, ticket-lightbox-inner, -open, -close, ticket-att-thumb-img-btn). Rebuild + re-embed islands.js (501942->503928 bytes)
