ops: browser-handoff CLI auth — GET /ops/cli-auth (logged-in browser) issues a one-time code bound to a fresh session token; POST /ops/api/cli-auth/exchange swaps the code for the token. koh offer --builds no longer types a password in the terminal (the old /ops/api/login it POSTed never existed → instant failure); auth now goes through the working web login form + TOTP (v1.31.82)
