fix release downloads serving 404 JSON: uploads now write releases/{repo}/{ver}/{plat}/{repo} (binary named after the project) and store filename=repo; download reads {plat}/{filename} with a {plat} fallback for legacy layouts and always names the download after the project. Add GET /ops/api/session probe + login ?next= redirect (return to /ops/cli-auth after sign-in) so the CLI can cache its session. Hide dead provenance button (no route yet) (v1.31.84)
