add full ticket detail panel: inline-editable title (click->input->save via /title), repo picker (saved via /repo), markdown body textarea (stored as-is, no live preview in v1), and an attachment zone with drag-and-drop + click-to-upload (POST multipart 25MB), inline image thumbnails (click opens full-size in new tab), non-image file rows with human-readable size + download link, per-attachment delete with confirm; refreshes detail+board card count after every change. Add TicketAttachment interface + ticketUploadAttachment/ticketDeleteAttachment client helpers; attachment-section CSS (index.css). Rebuild + re-embed islands.js (490->497 KB)
