fix: Harden SMTP test recipient handling (v1.55.90) - Canonicalize and validate the explicit ops SMTP test recipient before SMTP envelope/header use - Return the server-confirmed recipient so the ops UI shows exactly where the test was sent - Release the app DB lock before waiting on SMTP and add focused recipient regression tests - Rebuild embedded ops assets
