nav triangle accent-flash: defer the --accent read via requestAnimationFrame so it runs after the operator's <style id="kt"> theme override is in the DOM (was reading the stale default on every load when the theme was customized); add the missing script to shellPage (tickets/admin/support/drafts/notifications previously had no flash at all); replace docs.html's stale pre-feature script with the current one. Verified locally: custom theme's --accent-flash now computes the correct complement, no console errors, script present on shellPage + docs routes. Bump to v1.56.207
