koh offer --builds: cache ops session per-host (~/.config/koh) + validate via GET /ops/api/session so you authorize once and queue builds across many projects; read version from build.zig.zon when no VERSION file (Zig projects like kepr were publishing as 0.0.0). install.sh: send progress to stderr (was polluting $(fetch_source) → broken cd path) and fix nixpkgs-unstable channel URL (releases.nixos.org 404 → channels.nixos.org) (v1.18.11)
