add v2.14.78 release notes for the wide-screen unlock fix (v2.14.78)

The delta since the last published version is only the composition-slot fix, so the notes stay short. They point at v2.14.77 for the security work and at the in-app changelog for anyone updating from an older build, so a user jumping straight from v2.14.64 still hears about the PIN and autofill fixes.
