confirm the scale fix on-device and supersede the outstanding-verification note (v2.14.78)

The earlier root-cause entry recorded the fix as unverified. It is now reproduced and confirmed: with Large selected on a 723.8dp-wide window, the pre-fix code unlocks and then returns to the lock screen by 15 seconds, while the fixed build stays in the vault for the full 45 seconds under the identical script. Documents the wm-size method for making the window tablet-like, and that the control run also proves the preset was genuinely persisted.
