feat: Add daemon IPC socket for GUI live status (v0.5.0) - Add newline-delimited JSON Unix socket in the anchor daemon - Serve live state snapshots, invite responses, exit-node updates, and panic shutdown - Update toph status to prefer the daemon socket and fall back to registry.json - Track daemon peer state revision plus byte counters for GUI pushes Verification: zig build test; live smoke with TOPH_IPC_PATH confirms status uses the socket
