sync the god docs to the lists rung: VISION.md §2.1.1 gains the list frame-words + the locked-surface paragraph + the 'changing it' intelligibility LAW (write the marker only where the verb doesn't already make the mutation plain); §2.2 Lists block rewritten to the implemented forms and the Memory block now shows the parsed memory: block; §9 Q8 updated — explicit-annotation parser BUILT, reach measured (every working-program list automatic, block fires only on a whole-list answer-out). CONTINUITY: full Lists rung section (surface, the LAW, what-built, measured reach, the two deep-reasoning points, limitations) + the wavetable math-vocabulary fork surfaced under Open seams + diff checkpoint
