self-hosting: stop hardcoding kepr.uk so other operators' instances work. Add effectiveDomain(app,req) (configured domain → request Host header → localhost) and replace all 7 'else "kepr.uk"' URL fallbacks (nix-registry, archives, atom feeds, install script, login page, landing install cmd); issueDomain (email, no req) falls back to localhost not kepr.uk; SSH messages (claim welcome, handle-claimed, keys-no-handle) now use sshDomain(rt)=configured domain; join page link text no longer says kepr.uk/docs. cli-auth flow already used the instance domain (koh passes it) — verified not hardcoded. Remaining kepr.uk refs are test fixtures + illustrative docs examples + asha.software attribution only; v1.55.18
