execute CI test command in the build sandbox: runCi now infers lang via builds_mod.detectLang, derives the test command with testCommandForLang, and runs it through buildSandboxArgvForCommand (nix-shell/bwrap, NIX_PATH probe, launcher resolution) mirroring ops.runBuild; drop path-based detectTestCommand (v1.31.42)
