v1.56.99: set statement_timeout=30s on the shared App.conn_mutex connection so a stalled query can't hold the global mutex indefinitely and freeze the whole daemon (the __skb_wait-under-lock deadlock observed live). Pooled read conns left unbounded (not under the global mutex). musl ReleaseSafe build exit 0; zig build test 646 pass / 1 pre-existing team-tier live-PG fail (unchanged from HEAD).
