v1.56.100: fix @handle nav (route-dead settings) + bell alignment. (1) Account settings migrated from the dead /~:username/settings sigil routes (never matched in httpz — whole-segment param can't carry the ~ prefix, so the entire settings surface was unreachable and @handle 404'd) to whole-segment /account/settings* routes; the 5 handlers now key off the session instead of a URL username; settings page form actions + og:url/canonical + the @handle nav link all repointed; dead sigil routes removed; nav test updated. (2) .notif-bell-mount given display:inline-flex/align-items:center/align-self:center/margin-left:28px in style.css so the server-rendered bell aligns + spaces in the nav (both fallback and hydrated states; no islands rebuild needed). musl ReleaseSafe build exit 0; zig build test 646 pass / 1 pre-existing team-tier live-PG fail (unchanged from HEAD).
