v1.28.3: point koh offer --builds at kepr's rebuilt operator-session endpoints. URLs: /ops/cli-auth→/cli-auth, /ops/api/cli-auth/exchange→/api/cli-auth/exchange, /ops/api/session→/api/cli-auth/session, /ops/releases/upload→/api/releases/upload. Cookie kepr_ops_session→kepr_session (the unified session kepr's /login mints). Matches kepr v1.56.89 which restored these on the account-operator model after the admin rebuild deleted the /ops surface. zig build + zig build test green
